China Glaze Jitterbug

Today marks my one week countdown till my departure home! Yes! I cannot wait. Today is also my cat's birthday AND my parents' wedding anniversary.

Somehow I have amassed a few polishes that look similar, these silvery grey foil metallic shades. Why, I have no idea. It is not a type\shade I am particularly fond of, but they inexplicably make their way into my possession. Jitterbug is quite nice, it requires only two coats, and I like how it changes how it looks depending on the light - in the shade it is very silver, while in the sun it is more metallic grey.

Hema #10

I really like all the small Hema polishes. They have funky colours and cute small bottles. Plus it is a reminder of my time spent in Amsterdam. Good times!
Hema #10 is a bright and vibrant metallic blue shimmer.I thought that the color was not that unique, but still got it. I like how it looks on my pale skin tome. I used three thin coats, no top coat.

OPI Mermaid's Tears

I have been on a minty green kick lately, getting different shades of the nail polishes as well as some accessories. I honestly don't know what it is about this type of colour, but I love it for summer. Mermaid's Tears is the darker sage shade in the pastel green family that I have, but it is really nice. I used two coats, plus top coat to make it shinier.
In other news, I'm going home in two weeks. You have no idea how excited I am. I also can't believe that I've spent 5 months in France.

Sparitual Deep

I've spent last weekend in Paris. How often can you say that?! We walked a lot around the city with a few friends, went to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur Basilica, but I think that I've enjoyed Musee d'Orsay the most.
Sparitual Deep is labeled as 'shimmer' which is a very fitting description. It is a murky grey-blue colour with a very faint pink shimmer in it. You only really see the shimmer in bright light or in the sun. The formula is okay, this was two coats.

Dance Legend #2 Spacecraft

What a beauty! This polish was brought to me by a friend from Russia while she was visiting her family (Sasha, thank you so much!).
Spacecraft is magnificent. It is a black\charcoal grey holographic polish. It has a lovely formula, it is very dense, so you can get away with just one thick coat. Here I'm wearing two thin coats, no base coat or top coat. In person it is even more vibrant.

Here is how it compares to the other two Dance Legend Holos that I have:
