Barry M Silver Lilac

Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of posts. I may or may not have spent a whole week doing absolutely nothing. I also haven't been painting my nails as much. For some reason the polishes I would usually rely on to give me great application, fast drying and good wear back home, behave completely differently here in France. I hardly wear any polish  for longer than a couple of days.

Barry M #324 Silver Lilac is a silver and lilac polish as the name implies, but it also has hints of pink and green in it. It sort of reminds me of OPI Not Like The Movies. The formula is fine, but I needed three thin coats for it to be completely opaque. As for the colour, it's not my favourite, but I'm sure some people love it.

beautyuk posh polish #4 amethyst

I've been maniacally redoing the garden around our house. We've decided that a vegetable patch would be a cool thing to have, but it is such hard work! All the digging and shoveling the earth, every part of my body aches. My nails don't look that great these days, so I repaint them almost on the daily basis. Gives me a chance to wear all those untrieds.
Amethyst is a really cute pink-lilac foil. It dries really quickly. I used two coats here. It is really easy to apply and the wear time is great, even after two full days of gardening, these was no tip wear.

OPI Lucky Lucky Lavender

Today I witnessed something rather peculiar, I went to the beach but there wasn't anything there. There was the most amazing fog, nothing was visible just ghostly figures darting in and out of the whiteness.
For polish I'm going pink all the way today. Lucky Lucky Lavender is a brighter, more pink version of Panda-monium Pink from the same collection. The formula is quite nice I used two coats. This polish also changes between looking more pink or more lilac in different lights, or depending on what I wear with it.

Barry M Berry Ice Cream

This is such a yummy color! Berry Ice Cream is a true lilac polish. It's really pretty and summery and girly. I like the formula of the polish, but I needed 3 coats for it to be even. It also changes quite a lot depending on the lighting.
I have a paler version of this polish in OPI's Panda-monium Pink and I like them both a lot.
Polish in the sun, natural light and with a flash.
